TimeTech Finance Manager Integrated Professional Capability Challenge
Business Skills + Financial Skills + People Skills + Leadership Skills · Budget, customers, suppliers and team governance
A student-led, integrated professional-capability challenge: as TimeTech's Finance Manager you gather evidence across finance, commercial, customer, supplier and team stakeholders and deliver an actionable 90-day, board-ready recommendation that brings business judgement, financial analysis, negotiation and team leadership together in a single workplace scenario.
The question
The board requires four interrelated workstreams to be addressed within 90 days: budget-execution variance; a key customer order and its service commitments; supplier pricing and quality terms; and team capability and work allocation. The student must submit a conclusion-first recommendation covering the financial impact, commercial trade-offs, stakeholder actions, owners, KPIs, phase milestones and the fallback actions if things go wrong.
