A student-led project management simulation: take charge of TimeTech's T-200 smartwatch project, gather evidence from the sponsor and six functional leads to establish the charter, scope, WBS and baselines, then at the six-month review complete an earned value analysis and design conditional schedule-and-cost recovery, acceptance, handover and benefits-governance mechanisms.
The question
The project has been approved in principle. You are to establish the governance, scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, communication and change baselines, and, following the mid-project review at month 6, put forward recovery and closure plans.
